Giving Back to Our Community
As part of the Master Custom Builder Council of Tennessee, our biennial home tour generates proceeds for charity. This year, we donated to the YMCA’s After Breast Cancer program.
Bob Shaw
President
With over 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience, Bob counts it as a blessing to partner with his clients to build their dream home. He takes pride in making sure each custom home is an expression of its owners unique style. He is a member of the local and national Homebuilders Association, an NAHB certified builder and a member of Master Custom Builder Council of Middle Tennessee. In his free time, Bob enjoys traveling with his wife of 36 years, Teresa, and their family and friends.
Roger Pond
General Superintendent
Roger has dedicated the past 13 years working at McPherson-Shaw, Inc. as a project manager. He loves the people he works with and creating dream homes for his clients. You will often see him on site working directly with our partners to ensure the quality McPherson-Shaw is known for. Roger has a full house of girls at home, with 3 beautiful daughters and his wife, Anna!
Nathan Douglas
Business Development / Project Manager
Nathan came to McPherson-Shaw, Inc. with a unique background of 10 years in both residential and commercial real estate. He values the close-knit team at McPherson-Shaw and loves partnering with clients to make their dream home a reality. He has a particular passion for renovating existing homes to fit a client’s specific needs. When he’s not working, Nathan enjoys traveling and playing golf while spending time with his wife of 5 years, Jessica and 1 year old son, William!

With over 50 years of experience in commercial construction, Murray brings a wealth of knowledge and integrity to McPherson-Shaw, Inc.’s team. His expertise in commercial design-build projects is unmatched in the industry. Murray is an avid fisherman and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
